What if I’ve already got a srilanka n pass port an living abroad does not expire till 2020

    • Ddfer says:

The way I understand, this is not retroactive to older PPs issued before 1/1/18
IF a new PP is issued within SL the digital pic + digital finger prints are now required.
IF issued via an SL consular service abroad I then fingerprints are done per above instructions upon 1st visit to SL with the new PP.

  2. Sonali says:

Can we download the application forms or do we have to go all the way to Battaramulla just to collect the forms?

  3. Sonali says:

Can we download the application form or do we have to go all the way to Battaramulla to get it. What a waste of time it will be if we have to go to the Immigration dept just to get a form.
