Senior Attorney-at-Law Mr. Kandiah Neelakandan passed away this afternoon. He was Precedent Partner at Neelakandan and Neelakandan, a staunch rights activist, and last appeared on Face the Nation last year to discuss the future of national unity and reconciliation in Sri Lanka.
